Contact form submissions are retained for a period of 24 months from the date of submission. After this period, your information is securely deleted unless a business relationship has been established, in which case separate data processing terms apply.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this website:

• Microsoft 365 — form submissions are delivered to us via Microsoft 365 email infrastructure
• Microsoft Power Automate — used to route and process form submissions internally
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — used to measure website traffic, user engagement, and conversion events. Data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy. IP anonymization is enabled. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Microsoft 365 and Power Automate are operated by Microsoft Corporation and governed by Microsoft's privacy and data processing terms. Data processed through these services may be stored on servers located in Canada or the United States. Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC and governed by Google's privacy policy.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information
